Important Information

The reception opens its door at 9:00 am and closes it at 6:00 pm.

If during this period you find the door close just dial the number you will find there or look around and you will find us.

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week but please keep in mind:
Reception working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

After closing any check-in will be considered a late check-in and are due to a fee:

6:01 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - €15 fee

9:01 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - €25 fee

After 12:01 a.m - €50 fee and needs previous confirmation from Embaixada da VIla Guest House

Embaixada da VIla Guest House provides housekeeping but not like in hotels. Please find below how we work:

Housekeeping is usually done at half-stay or every 3rd night (valid for stays of 4 or more nights);

For any extra Housekeeping guests need to contact the administration and depending on the request it might incur a fee:

Fresh towels - €5.5 fee

Fresh sheets -  €10 fee

For everyone's rest and well-being, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Anyone who has not checked in is not allowed to remain in the rooms unless they have prior consent from the administration.

Access to the kitchen is restricted.
